What Does My Registration Include?
Registration fees include admission to the Networking Pavilion, all forum sessions, Opening Cocktail Reception (October 10), breakfasts (October 11 & 12), lunches (October 11 & 12), refreshment breaks (October 11 & 12), Welcome Reception & Dinner (October 11) and Customer Appreciation Reception & Dinner (October 12).

Note: Sponsors receive an allocated number of complimentary registrations based on their sponsorship level. All registrants over and above the allocated number are required to pay the conference registration fee.

Registration fee includes Opening Cocktail Reception (October 10), Welcome Reception & Dinner (October 11) and Customer Appreciation Reception & Dinner (October 12).

Changes or Cancellations

Any and all changes and cancellations MUST be in writing.
All changes are subject to a $50.00 administration fee.
Cancellations received by September 10, 2007 are subject to a $50.00 cancellation administration fee.
Cancellations received after September 10, 2007 are 100% non-refundable.
